Jazz in the Park Update

The 2020 Jazz in the Park concert series normally scheduled to begin in April have been postponed to begin on a later date due to a mandatory ban on large gatherings in the state of Alabama.  "We are looking forward to presenting our 11th year of Jazz in the Park but the safety of our patrons take priority under the current circumstances. Magic City Smooth Jazz is an IRS registered 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt organization dedicated to enhancing cultural activities through various styles of jazz in the State of Alabama.  Since its inception in 2008, Magic City Smooth Jazz has presented over 150 FREE concerts to the public while presenting over 300 emerging and established artists while impacting the lives of over 20,000 adults and children.

Organization goals are to enhance cultural arts in communities, support area jazz musicians, and educate youth and adults through music workshops.
